Additionally, all allies that pass through the barrier have their Movement Speed increased by 5% for 3s while enemies that pass through it are Slowed by 30% for 3s. The barrier lasts for 30s. Cooldown - 100s. Kill or assist minions to upgrade this Relic for free.
