Deploy a 40 unit wide wall of divine light that reduces the damage of all enemy Basic Attacks that pass through it by 30%. Additionally, all allies that pass through the barrier have their Movement Speed increased by 5% for 3s while enemies that pass through it are Slowed by 30% for 3s. The barrier lasts for 30s. Cooldown - 80s. Deal instances of damage or Crowd Control to enemy Gods to upgrade this Relic for free. You may only gain one stack per second.
