Using this item grants you 15% Damage Mitigation as you store all damage taken over the next 3s. You then explode in a 30 unit radius, dealing 85 + 50% of the damage taken as Magical Damage, up to a maximum of 25% of an enemy’s Max Health. While this is active, enemies can only lifesteal from you for 75% of their total lifesteal. Cooldown - 140s. Kill or assist minions to upgrade this Relic for free.
